Kim Wheeler
I am a personal fitness trainer and roller derby athlete. I've been playing roller derby since 2010, I was on the 2017/2018 Team Alberta, and I've been coaching the Calgary men's team since 2017. I started playing roller derby with no skating experience or knowledge of the sport, so I know what it's like to start out. Through the use of online training I want to help roller derby athletes, new and experienced, improve their game. Using customized workouts I help athletes reduce their chance of injury and improve their power.
